Salamat Mehvar-e-Shalan Food Company was established in 2021 in the west of Iran (Kermanshah province). Its field of activity includes the production, trade, import, and export of healthy foodstuffs.
To ensure the quality of our products, we seek advice from experts in food and nutrition science. Also, we benefit from the latest laboratory instrumentation techniques to provide the best quality to perform quality control tests.
Due to the importance of edible oils and fats in human nutrition and the global popularity of Kermanshahi butter oil, we have chosen Kermanshahi butter oil as our first product. We have promised to select top-quality raw materials for its production.
Since kermanshahi butter oil is produced in a unique process and all nutrients are fully preserved, UNESCO has registered it as the cultural heritage of Kermanshah province.
We want to brand it and have planned to share the domestic market. We also have a program for exporting this top-quality product wherever.
A glance at trading international websites shows that Iran has no significant share of trading butter oil globally. We hope to supply and introduce this invaluable product through honest competition.
Salamat Mehvar-e-Shalan Food Company has so far registered two brands as follows:
“Shalan” is the name of a tourist village in Kermanshah province, and “Hawanaz” is the name of a Kurdish girl.
